Message from the Founder,
Founder, Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer
Windows of Green Africa was founded on a single conviction: that Africa's growth should not come at the expense of its environment, but should be powered by it.
For more than two decades, through Etoile General Contractor PLC and View Unlimited Green Development Consultant, our group has delivered landmark national projects — Sheger Park on the Addis Ababa riverbanks, the Ethiopian New National Palace at Chaka House, the Beijing Sub-Center. The thread running through all of them is water: rivers restored, drainage rebuilt, wetlands recovered, and public life returned to the water's edge.
WGA carries that model into Tanzania and the wider East African market. We are a young company, established in 2026, and we say so plainly. What we bring is not a long list of our own completed contracts, but the proven delivery capacity of an established international group, placed at the service of this region and staffed by engineers of standing.
